Today, Friday, May 6 at approximately 7:45 a.m., an issue affecting AnyConnect VPN and Site-to-Site VPN was reported.
As of 2:00 p.m., these services are restored and functioning normally.
ITS will continue to monitor the service.

ITS is working with Cisco, the VPN services vendor, to resolve the connectivity issues reported this morning. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore service.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue affecting AnyConnect VPN and Site-to-Site VPN. Currently, connections are unavailable for faculty, staff, and vendors who use these VPN clients.
mycloud.uncg.edu can be used for remote connectivity while ITS works to resolve the VPN issues.
